Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Sakleshpur, Karnataka Industry: Hospitality – 4-Star Resort Salary: Up to ₹50,000 per month Benefits: Food and Accommodation provided Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 4-star resort in Sakleshpur. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth resort management, deliver high-quality guest experiences, and maintain operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: Manage all resort departments, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and guest relations. Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through effective service delivery. Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests efficiently. Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure the resort complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations. Manage budgets and control operational costs. Requirements: Minimum 4–5 years of experience in resort or hotel operations management. Proven leadership and team management skills in the hospitality industry. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Must be fluent in Kannada (spoken and written). Excellent communication and customer service skills.
