Operation Manager

As an Operations Manager at our hotel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning and high standards of service to provide an exceptional guest experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. - Welcoming guests warmly, ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs, and promptly addressing any guest concerns. - Managing and motivating hotel staff to deliver outstanding service while upholding company policies. - Handling guest complaints, resolving conflicts, and managing emergencies effectively. - Ensuring seamless communication between departments to fulfill operational needs. - Maintaining accurate records such as guest feedback, incident logs, and operational reports. - Enforcing safety and security protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. - Ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and safety standards are consistently met throughout the property. - Managing reservations, billing, inventory, and other administrative duties as required. Qualifications required for this role: - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with 3-5 years in an Operations Manager or similar role. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). - Strong ability to handle guest queries and complaints professionally. - Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and maintain high morale. - Proficiency in hotel management software and office tools. - Ability to make quick, effective decisions under pressure. - A degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
