Operation Manager (Process & System)

Location : Delhi

Position Type : Full-Time

Experience Required : 5–10 years

Reports To : Senior Management / Director

As we are expanding our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and proactive Operations Manager who can help us achieve process excellency.

Role Summary

We are seeking a process-focused Operations Manager to lead the development and enforcement of SOPs, streamline shop-floor processes, and build a disciplined, self-sustaining production system. Your focus will be on the root causes—processes, training, and systems—rather than just daily outputs.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, document, and implement SOPs across production, quality, and maintenance.

· Build a central knowledge base and training programs for all employees.

· Ensure strict adherence to SOPs through audits, supervision, and feedback systems.

· Drive lean practices (5S, SMED, Kaizen) to reduce changeover time, waste, and process variation.

· Monitor and improve process compliance, training coverage, and stability in output.

· Collaborate cross-functionally to align quality, planning, and maintenance efforts.

What We’re Looking For

· Graduation in relevant Engineering field

· 5–10 years in manufacturing operations with hands-on experience in SOP design, compliance, and lean tools.

· Strong team leadership; can enforce discipline and upskill a diverse workforce.

· Comfortable working on the shop floor and implementing systems in resource-constrained environments.

· Proactive mindset with the ability to take decisions independently.

· Passion for building a strong, performance-driven organizational culture.
