Job Description

🔹 Property OperationsOversee day-to-day operations across assigned Blossom Stayz properties (10–15 buildings). Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all common areas and rooms. Conduct regular property inspections and share daily/weekly reports via Zoho/Forms. Coordinate with housekeeping, electricians, plumbers, and vendors for timely resolutions. 🔹 Resident ManagementAddress tenant complaints and maintenance requests promptly. Conduct check-in and check-out inspections; maintain inventory of furniture and appliances. Maintain high satisfaction scores by ensuring community standards (Wi-Fi uptime, kitchen hygiene, etc.) are met. 🔹 Vendor & Staff CoordinationManage on-ground housekeeping and security staff schedules. Ensure supplies (cleaning materials, lights, gas cylinders, etc.) are stocked. Liaise with external vendors for repairs, pest control, etc. 🔹 Reporting & ComplianceUpdate daily operations tracker (occupancy, issues, expenses). Verify vendor invoices and petty cash spends before submission. Support in documentation (rent agreements, service reports, etc.) for new properties.
