Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and converting inquiries into bookings/sales. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for customer interaction, persuasive communication skills. Key Responsibilities qualify potential leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, site visits, referrals, digital platforms). Conduct property tours and explain service offerings and pricing clearly to prospects. Follow up with leads consistently and manage them in the CRM system. Close bookings/sales while maintaining excellent customer experience. Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to align on campaigns and property readiness. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Attend team meetings and share feedback from customers for product/service improvement.
