Job Description

Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. ○ Conducting initial rounds of interviews and scheduling subsequent interviews with hiring managers. ○ Extending offer letters and onboarding new hires . ○ Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies. ● HR Operations: ● HRIS Management: ○ Managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations. ○ Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. ○ Administering payroll processes through Keka HRMS. ○ Managing employee benefits, leaves, and attendance. ○ Conducting performance reviews and appraisals. ○ Maintaining and updating employee data on the Keka HRMS system. ○ Generating HR reports and analytics. ○ Ensuring data accuracy and integrity. ● Team Building and Culture Development: ○ Organizing team-building activities and events. ○ Fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. ○ Identifying employee engagement initiatives. ● Other HR-related Duties: ○ Assisting with HR projects and initiatives. ○ Providing HR support to employees and managers.
