HR Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Human Resource Manager to manage and enhance our people and performance processes while ensuring the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures. This role will play a pivotal part in fostering a high-performance culture, aligning employee goals with business objectives, and ensuring that HR practices are consistent, fair, and compliant with legal standards.

Key Responsibilities

· People & Performance Management

· Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback cycles.

· Hire everyone from operator to office staff.

· Pass all of the audits and Maintain SOP’s

· Support line managers in identifying and addressing performance gaps, training needs, and employee development plans.

· Promote a culture of continuous feedback, employee recognition, and accountability.

· Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and support strategies to enhance team productivity and morale.

· Manage employee relations matters professionally and sensitively, resolving conflicts and grievances as needed.

Policy & Procedure Management

· Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices.

· Ensure consistent communication and understanding of policies across all levels of the organization.

· Monitor compliance with HR policies and intervene when non-compliance occurs.

· Conduct periodic policy audits and recommend improvements to maintain relevance and effectiveness.

· Lead induction and onboarding programs to ensure the smooth integration of new hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
