HR Manager

As an experienced Human Resources professional, your role will involve handling various HR operations to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing HR operations such as onboarding, induction, exit formalities, attendance, and leave management. - Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices to meet the institutional needs. - Overseeing employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution to foster a healthy workplace culture. - Supporting recruitment and selection processes for both academic and non-academic staff. - Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and institutional policies. - Acting as a bridge between management and employees to facilitate effective communication and engagement. - Supporting training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. To be successful in this role, you should meet the following key requirements: - Hold an MBA or Masters degree in Human Resource Management or a related field. - Have a minimum of 4 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the educational sector (schools, colleges, universities, or training institutes). - Possess excellent knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements. - Demonstrate strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Be capable of working independently and handling confidential information with integrity. This is a full-time position located in Warangal, Telangana, and requires in-person work. Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English is required.
