Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Clearly explain product or service features to customers. Generate leads and follow up consistently to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Maintain records of calls and customer details in the CRM. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets. Maintain a positive and professional approach in all customer interactions. Requirements: Good verbal communication skills in [Insert language(s)]. Ability to handle pressure and meet targets consistently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive attitude.
