Job Description

Technical Support: Provide timely and effective technical support in the field, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to desktop, laptop, printers etc. Install and implement new programs, upgrade OS and hardware, take data backup and conduct recovery process. Perform routine maintenance on printers to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to printers. Repair or replace defective parts as necessary. Problem Solving: Analyze customer problems, diagnose root causes, and implement solutions to resolve issues promptly. Escalation Management: Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams within the organization for further investigation and resolution. Follow up with customers to ensure that escalated issues are resolved satisfactorily. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with the service provided Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹16,500.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred) Education: Diploma (Required) Willingness to travel: 75% (Required) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9439606823
