Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Staffing
Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
Employee Relations Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.
Develop and implement engagement and recognition programs.
Performance Management
Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and development.
Support line managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or training interventions.
Compensation Benefits
Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and other incentives.
Conduct salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
Training Development
Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.
Manage employee on-boarding and orientation programs.
Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous skill development.
HR Policy Compliance
Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Strategic HR Management
Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.
Provide HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
