Role Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations (70%)

• Oversee and manage end-to-end HR operations, including payroll, employee records, compliance, and HRIS administration.
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
• Manage employee engagement programs, performance management, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive organizational development, culture building, and employee well-being.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and company regulations across regions.
• Handle employee relations, grievance redressed, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support compensation and benefits administration and benchmarking.

Talent Acquisition (30%)

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for key positions across business functions.
• Develop hiring strategies to attract top talent aligned with company culture and goals.
• Manage employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility in the wellness and EAP domain.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build talent pipelines.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing channels for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 610 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR operations and recruitment.
• Strong understanding of HR systems, labour laws, and global HR practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.
• Experience in the healthcare, wellness, or EAP sector is an advantage.
