Job Description

Notice Period: 15 30 Days

Role & responsibilities

Strategic HR Management

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Advise management on HR strategies, workforce planning, and organizational development

Recruitment & Talent Management

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
Develop employer branding and talent retention strategies

Employee Relations

Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts professionally
Promote employee engagement and a positive work environment

Performance Management

Design and oversee performance appraisal systems
Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and performance improvement plans

Training & Development

Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs
Support leadership development and succession planning

Compensation & Benefits

Manage salary structures, benefits programs, and payroll coordination
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis

Compliance & HR Operations

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports
Manage audits and HR metrics (attrition, engagement, hiring, etc.)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5–8 years of HR experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
