Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues.
Handle employee documentation, contracts, and other HR-related paperwork.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training and development programs for employees.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Maintain and update employee records in HR software.
Support payroll processing and attendance management.
Organize employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work culture.

Skills and Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in the HR domain, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Prior experience working in a manufacturing setup.
