We are looking for a dynamic HR Manager Generalist who can lead HR operations and partner with business leaders to drive growth and employee engagement. Role Overview The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, statutory compliance, talent management, and driving people-centric initiatives across the organization, including manufacturing units. Key Roles & Responsibilities 1. HR Generalist & Operations Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities. ¢ Maintain HRIS, employee database, attendance, and leave management. Prepare HR letters, documentation, and ensure smooth daily HR operations. 2. Talent Acquisition & Manpower Planning ¢ ¢ ¢ Partner with department heads to plan and fulfill manpower requirements. Lead recruitment for office and manufacturing roles. Manage vendor relationships, job portals, and sourcing channels. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement ¢ ¢ ¢ Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally. Strengthen employee relations at both corporate and manufacturing levels. Plan and execute engagement initiatives, R&R activities, and welfare programs. 4. Performance Management & Development ¢ ¢ ¢ Oversee PMS cycles goal-setting, mid-year, and annual reviews. Support talent development and succession planning practices. Coordinate training needs analysis and annual training calendar.

5. Training & Capability Building
¢ ¢ ¢ Organize functional and behavioural training programs. Track training attendance, productivity, and effectiveness. Collaborate with external trainers and institutions. 6. Statutory Compliance (Manufacturing Focus) ¢ ¢ Ensure 100% compliance with PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other labor laws. Maintains statutory registers, records, and returns as per Factory Act and other regulations. ¢ Liaise with statutory authorities, inspectors, and compliance auditors. 7. Payroll & Compensation Support ¢ ¢ ¢ Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary inputs. Validate attendance, OTs, shifts, incentives, and statutory deductions. Support annual appraisal, increments, and compensation structuring. 8. HR Policy, Culture & Process Improvement ¢ ¢ ¢ Implement and update HR policies in alignment with organizational goals. Drive HR process improvements and automation initiatives. Promote a culture of transparency, high performance, and employee wellbeing. Skills & Competencies ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Strong understanding of FMCG/manufacturing HR operations. Solid knowledge of labour laws, statutory compliance, and factory HR. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS systems, and data reporting. Problem-solving ability with a proactive and people-first approach.
