Role Summary

The HR Manager will serve as a strategic business partner, driving people initiatives that align with organizational goals. The role focuses on end-to-end HR management including talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and HR analytics, ensuring a high-performance and collaborative work culture.


Key Responsibilities

Strategic HR & Business Partnership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.

  • Partner with leadership to support organizational goals and workforce planning.

  • Drive HR initiatives that enhance productivity, culture, and capability building.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead hiring strategies to meet manpower requirements.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

  • Ensure talent pipelines for critical and future roles.

Talent Management & Performance

  • Implement performance management processes and appraisal systems.

  • Identify high-potential employees and support development plans.

  • Drive succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Support salary structures, rewards, and recognition programs.

  • Ensure internal parity and market competitiveness.

  • Handle compensation-related queries and policy communication.

Employee Engagement & Relations

  • Drive engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture.

  • Manage employee communication, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.

  • Build recognition frameworks that boost motivation and retention.

Organization Development & Design

  • Support organizational restructuring and capability-building programs.

  • Implement learning and development initiatives aligned with business needs.

HR Digitization & Analytics

  • Leverage HR systems and tools for automation and efficiency.

  • Generate HR dashboards, reports, and analytics for decision-making.
