Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Employee relation and grievances handling.
  • Taking care of welfare of all employees by provision of welfare facilities on time.
  • Responsible for statutory returns and compliance under various labor laws.
  • Execute employee engagement activities as per the corporate plan
  • Responsible for talent Acquisition at the unit level.
  • Managing entire performance management cycle and assist setting of KRAs for the next performance cycle.
  • Handle employee life cycle management.
  • Adherence to the Labor Litigations, contract labor, statutory requirements, liaising, legal matters and ensure timely compliance to all concerned Government /Statutory agencies regarding Labor laws.
  • Create an infrastructure to effectively manage local labor issues.
  • Educating and ensuring compliances.
  • Guide contractors under various statutory provisions etc.
  • Help in doing research on local labor markets where we are working on obtaining new business.

Preferred candidate profile

HR FROM MBA/MSW/MPM/PGDM with 12 to 15yrs
