We are seeking a dedicated Manager to lead and manage our volunteer network, ensuring the effective execution of our programs and initiatives. Key Responsibilities Volunteer Management: Recruit, train, and lead a team of volunteers to implement educational programs and community activities. Communication & Coordination: Serve as a liaison between the NGO leadership and volunteers to ensure smooth operations. Event Planning & Execution: Organize and oversee educational events, workshops, and community outreach programs. Fundraising & Partnerships: Lead fundraising initiatives, build relationships with donors, and explore collaboration opportunities. Administrative Support: Maintain records, monitor project progress, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor s degree in Education, Management, Social Work, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an NGO or a leadership role in a similar organization. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
