Recruitment:
Attracting local talents, interviewing all the applicants, and hiring new employees as per timeline and budget
Employee onboarding
: Organizing and conducting role bases orientation training and helping new employees get started
Employee Training
: Maintaining records employees skill level and scheduling technical training upskill
Employee relations
: Maintaining positive employee relations, resolving conflicts, and addressing grievances
Performance management
: Ensuring employees are performing well on their KPI and providing guidance on achieving more results and get eligible for Quarterly incentives
Compliance
: Ensuring 100 % statutory compliance and legal regulations
HR administration
: time office management , monthly payroll input , organizing employment records, processing paperwork, and managing HR files
