Job Description – HR Manager
We are hiring an HR Manager for our premium marble manufacturing & sales company.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment for factory, yard, showroom & office staff
Attendance, payroll, and compliance management
Employee relations, training & performance monitoring
HR policies, documentation & discipline management
Requirements:
0–8 years experience (manufacturing/marble industry preferred)
Strong communication & leadership skills
Knowledge of labour laws and factory HR operations

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹59,107.09 per month
