Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
Oversee employee performance management processes, including setting objectives, appraisals, and development plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures.
Facilitate employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Manage payroll, benefits, and compensation programs to ensure they are competitive and compliant.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.
