Requirements: - Proven track record in business development, preferably in the roofing industry or a related field. - In-depth knowledge and understanding of roof shingles and stone-coated metal roofs. - Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve targets. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market trends and capitalize on business opportunities. - Self-motivated and driven, with a proactive approach to business development. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities. - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred). *Candidates from only from roofing industries will be preferred.
