Hr Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Staffing

• Plan and manage the full recruitment cycle job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and on-boarding.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

• Implement employer branding strategies to attract top talent.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

• Promote positive employee relations and a supportive work environment.

• Develop and implement engagement and recognition programs.

3. Performance Management

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems to drive employee productivity and development.

• Support line managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.

• Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans or training interventions.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Oversee payroll administration and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.

• Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and other incentives.

• Conduct salary benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.

5. Training & Development

• Identify training needs and organize learning and development initiatives.

• Manage employee on-boarding and orientation programs.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous skill development.

6. HR Policy & Compliance

• Develop, review, and update HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws.

• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

7. Strategic HR Management

• Partner with senior management to align HR strategy with business goals.

• Provide HR analytics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

• Drive initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
