We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead our HR function and support our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, ensuring HR compliance, and driving a positive, high-performance culture across the organization.
? Lead the recruitment process from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding top
talent across departments.
? Ensure compliance with all labor laws, HR policies, and statutory regulations.
? Oversee employee lifecycle management including payroll coordination,
documentation, and performance reviews.
? Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with
business goals.
? Support leadership in organizational development, engagement, and retention
initiatives.
? Maintain accurate HR records and ensure seamless internal communication.
? Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
? Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
? 5 -7 + years of experience in HR management with strong exposure to recruitment and
HR compliances.
? Excellent understanding of labor laws and statutory compliances.
? Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
? Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
? A proactive and people-first approach to HR.
