We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent.
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR management or a related field.
Strong understanding of labor laws and HR practices in India.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
