Description We are seeking a skilled Embedded Firmware Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing firmware for embedded systems, working closely with hardware engineers to ensure optimal performance and integration. Responsibilities Design, develop, and test embedded firmware for various applications. Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless integration of firmware and hardware components. Debug and troubleshoot firmware issues to improve performance and reliability. Document the firmware design process and maintain accurate records of development activities. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in C/C++ programming languages for embedded systems development. Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and understanding of embedded hardware architecture. Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems, including oscilloscopes and logic analyzers. Knowledge of communication protocols such as I2C, SPI, UART, and CAN. Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
