Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Palakkad. The HR Manager will oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training strategies to meet the organization’s goals. Responsibilities include managing HR policies, developing recruitment plans, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will also address employee relations, identify areas for continuous improvement, and support various HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Proficiency in HR management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and onboarding strategies.
Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR policies.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to motivate teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
Ability to develop and implement learning and development programs.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience in microfinance or financial services is a plus.
