Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Supervisor with CAD Knowledge located in Chennai. The Civil Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with contractors and workers on-site. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, managing resources and schedules, interpreting construction drawings, and ensuring quality control. Proficiency in CAD is essential for creating and modifying project designs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD for creating and modifying construction designs
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Experience in the microfinance or construction industry is a plus
