HR Lead– Fuselage Innovations Location: Kochi (On-Site) Experience: 2–3 Years Job Type: Full-Time Joining: Immediate or Short Notice Preferred Fuselage Innovations Pvt Ltd We are a deep-tech startup designing and manufacturing world-class drones for agriculture, defense, and logistics. Based in Kerala, we’re solving real problems for farmers, governments, and industry with cutting-edge technology. Now, as we grow, we’re looking for someone to own and lead our People & Admin function. Role Overview We're hiring a driven and capable HR Lead with 2–3 years of experience. You’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, employee engagement, and day-to-day administration of the office and team. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a strategic People Operations leader as the company scales. Key Responsibilities • Lead hiring process – JD preparation, sourcing, screening, scheduling, follow-ups • Oversee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining employee records • Coordinate performance reviews, maintain appraisal data, and support career development plans • Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives • Draft and enforce company policies, SOPs, and compliance documents • Handle payroll inputs, leaves, attendance tracking, and HRMS tools • Conduct feedback sessions and resolve internal grievances in coordination with managers • Ensure statutory compliance and labour law adherence • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations (procurement, facilities, supplies) • Maintain asset inventory and employee ID management • Organize internal events, visits, training sessions, and review meetings • Liaise with accounts team for invoice processing, vendor payments, and admin budgeting • Maintain documentation for office compliance, including insurance and safety protocols Ideal Candidate Profile • 2–3 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in a startup or growth-stage company • Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam • Self-starter with excellent people skills and operational efficiency • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace; experience with HR software is a plus You’ll Excel In This Role If You: • Want to grow into a senior HR role and build processes from scratch • Are organized, proactive, and enjoy solving people + ops challenges • Are comfortable working with cross-functional teams (field, tech, factory) • Thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment Interview Process 1.
