Summary and purpose of the role : At MSX, we empower movers and makers to thrive in an ever-changing world by leveraging technology and innovative solutions. This role will support the HRIS Lead and Director of Enterprise Applications in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing our HR systems, with a focus on SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting, and Performance. You will ensure system stability, provide advanced technical support, and deliver actionable insights through analytics. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement, system integrations, and compliance with business requirements. Success in this role demands strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Key activities and responsibilities : Provide Level 2 support for HR modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting, Performance), resolving complex system issues and acting as an escalation point for user queries. Configure and customise SuccessFactors settings to meet business needs and compliance standards. Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver daily/monthly/quarterly reports for leadership. Manage data migration, system integrations, and data integrity checks across HR platforms. Troubleshoot system errors, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures. Continuously evaluate and optimise SuccessFactors configurations to improve process efficiency and user experience. Identify and prioritise system enhancements, coordinating upgrades and testing with vendors. Maintain documentation for system processes, configurations, and support procedures. Leverage SuccessFactors analytics to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with IT, third-party vendors (e.g., Yash Technologies), and cross-functional teams to align HRIS initiatives with broader organisational goals. Support the development and execution of the HRIS roadmap, contributing to long-term strategic planning. Ideal Education / Specific Qualifications/ Certifications : Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field. SAP SuccessFactors certification (e.g., Employee Central, Recruitment Management, or Reporting). Ideal Experience, Knowledge & Skills (What abilities should they have?) : 10+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS administration, with expertise in SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Reporting). Proven track record in configuring HR systems, managing integrations, and resolving technical issues. Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., recruitment, performance management, data governance) and their system dependencies. Experience in data migration, report development, and analytics within SuccessFactors. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and change management principles. Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) and their application to HR systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
