Job Description

As an HR Head at an Automobile company based in Ludhiana, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR functions with an experience of 15-17 years in the Automobile industry. Your role will involve managing the recruitment and selection process, preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities. Additionally, you will handle employee onboarding, maintain HR databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Your educational background should include an MBA in HR or a Graduate degree in any stream. Knowledge of implementing HR policies and procedures, addressing employee queries and grievances, organizing training programs, and monitoring the performance appraisal process is essential. You will also collaborate with management on HR strategies, support employee engagement activities, and promote a healthy workplace culture. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the Ludhiana location.
