Job Title: Tool Room Head (Forging) Location: Morinda, Punjab Salary: Up to ₹12,00,000 per annum (CTC) Key Responsibilities Lead the tool room operations specifically for forging tools and dies Oversee design, development, and maintenance of forging tools Plan and manage tool manufacturing schedules to meet production requirements Ensure high standards of tool quality, precision, and durability Coordinate with production, maintenance, and design teams for tool-related support Implement preventive maintenance and repair programs for tools and dies Maintain inventory of tools, spares, and consumables Lead and develop a skilled team of toolmakers and technicians Drive continuous improvement in tooling processes and techniques Qualification & Experience Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making Minimum 12–15 years of experience in tool room operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in forging Contact Details: Email: lifesolutions1@yahoo.co.in Phone: 81467 11166, 94643 66899, 96536 33519, 94170 85834 Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
