HR Generalist

As an integral part of the HR team, you will be responsible for a variety of HR operations and generalist activities. Your primary duties will revolve around ensuring the smooth functioning of HR processes, maintaining employee records, and supporting various HR initiatives. In terms of HR operations, you will handle day-to-day tasks such as managing employee records, updating HR databases, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. You will play a key role in coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding procedures while also contributing to the development and implementation of HR policies. Additionally, you will be tasked with collecting and processing employee attendance data, timesheets, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, etc. Your attention to detail and adherence to best practices will be crucial in this aspect of the role. On the generalist front, you will support recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, engaging with candidates, and assisting in employee engagement initiatives. You will address employee queries related to HR policies, generate HR-related reports and MIS, and contribute to maintaining a positive work environment through effective communication. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices will be beneficial, along with proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to confidentiality will be essential for success. While not mandatory, familiarity with compliance filing processes (e.g., PF/ESI returns), experience in employee grievance handling, or internal communications will be considered advantageous. Your proactive approach to learning and willingness to contribute to various HR functions will be key to your effectiveness in this dynamic role.,
