Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles.
  • Conduct screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers.
  • Improve sourcing strategies using job portals, referrals, and social platforms.
  • Ensure timely onboarding and documentation.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR queries.
  • Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary issues.
  • Plan and execute employee engagement programs and R&R activities.
  • Support employee wellness and DE&I initiatives.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems.
  • Manage statutory compliance—PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor laws.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct HR audits and ensure proper documentation.

4. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Smooth onboarding process including documentation, induction, and orientation.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends.
  • Coordinate with departments for seamless joining and relieving.

5. Performance Management

  • Assist in performance appraisal cycles (monthly/quarterly/annual).
  • Work with managers to identify training needs and development plans.
  • Support creation of KRAs/KPIs and improvement programs.

6. Payroll & Compensation Support

  • Coordinate with finance/payroll teams for monthly salary inputs.
  • Validate attendance, leaves, incentives, reimbursements, and salary changes.
  • Handle compensation queries and ensure accuracy.

7. HR Strategy & Projects

  • Contribute to HR policy drafting and process improvement.
  • Lead HR initiatives like digital HR, culture building, retention strategies.
  • Support workforce planning and organisation development projects.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Executive.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, people management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,540.24 - ₹40,684.12 per month
