HR Generalist

Title: HR Generalist Location: Bengaluru Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.  Experience: 6 - 8  Years  About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage a range of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance — ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate and new hire experience.  Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring timely updates on compensation, benefits, and personal details.  Support employee relations and help build a positive, transparent, and inclusive work culture.  Administer performance management cycles — including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback processes.  Coordinate learning and development programs to foster employee growth and capability building.  Assist with payroll data collation (attendance, leaves, etc.) and ensure accuracy in HR documentation.  Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Legal) on audits, compliance, and employee initiatives.  Ensure full compliance with statutory laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, POSH, and other labor acts).
