Job Description

Role Overview: You will be the Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end hiring process, onboarding, and background verification activities, as well as HR Ops related activities. Your role will involve balancing candidate experience with organizational needs to ensure smooth hiring and integration of new employees into the company. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 1+ year of hands-on recruitment experience to handle sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management for both IT and Non-IT hirings, specifically in Engineering, Mechanical, and IT domains. - Demonstrate basic knowledge of ATS/recruitment tracking systems, preferably Workday, to streamline the recruitment process. - Coordinate onboarding formalities, including documentation, induction, and the joining process for new employees. - Manage familiarity with BGV processes and coordinate with vendors as necessary. - Utilize your strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Thrive in a fast-paced environment by managing multiple priorities efficiently. Qualifications Required: - 1+ year of hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management. - Basic knowledge of ATS/recruitment tracking systems, preferably Workday. - Experience in coordinating onboarding formalities and familiarity with BGV processes. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
