  • We're expanding our HR team with an HR Executive- Talent Acquisition (1-4 years of experience) to make Zippee: The Best Place to Work At.
  • You will implement strategies to recruit, hire, and onboard rockstar talent.

  • This is an in-person role (M-F office | Saturday remote) at our Gurgaon HQ.

  • If you have prior HR experience at a logistics, warehousing, or quick commerce company.



Role & responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure smooth candidate experience.
  • Manage offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and talent pipelines.



Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter (agency or in-house).
  • Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, databases, referrals)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and deliver within deadlines.
  • Knowledge of ATS tools and hiring best practices.



Qualifications

  • A Master's degree or MBA in Human Resources is preferred.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, and Talent Acquisition (preferably at a startup).
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and strong influencing skills.
