Position Overview

Recruiter

Mandatory Skills

• 1+ year of hands-on experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, coordination, and offer management)- In IT and Non-IT hirings (Specifically- Engineering, Mechanical, IT)
• Basic knowledge of

  ATS / recruitment tracking systems- preferably Workday.

• Experience coordinating

  onboarding formalities

  (documentation, induction, joining process)
• Familiarity with

  BGV processes

  and vendor coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Desired Skills

• Exposure to

  campus hiring

  or bulk hiring
• Basic understanding of

  HR policies and compliance

• Experience in engaging with external vendors/partners (BGV, recruitment agencies, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to build strong candidate pipelines through social media and networking platforms
