About the Role

Youll be part of a fast-paced HR team focused on hiring great talent and creating a meaningful impact. At Mindbowser, your ideas matter and youll grow with leaders who care about your development.

Roles and responsibilities

• Recruitment Coordination
  -Support end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles.- Manage job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and feedback collection.- Maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Sourcing

- Actively source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Assist in building and maintaining talent pools for recurring roles. - Pre-screen candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements.

• Stakeholder Support
  - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role expectations.- Ensure timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.- Support offer rollouts and onboarding logistics.

• Reporting & Documentation
  - Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports.- Contribute to recruitment metrics such as TAT and offer-to-join ratio.- Assist in recruitment marketing initiatives and events

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT/Non IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and skills (e.g., developers, testers, DevOps, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
