Sr Product Manager- US Healthcare

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager located in India to lead product strategy and execution for a US healthcare-focused platform. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strong product management experience and domain expertise in the US healthcare ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in guiding development and design teams during their working hours. Key Responsibilities Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with US healthcare domain requirements. Collaborate closely with IST-based cross-functional teams (engineering, design, QA) to ensure seamless execution. Translate complex business needs into detailed product specifications and user stories. Guide and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and timely delivery. Participate in stakeholder meetings with US-based counterparts and represent product decisions effectively. Ensure compliance with healthcare IT standards and regulations (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, etc.) Required Qualifications 4-5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. 2+ years of US healthcare IT domain expertise, preferably concurrent. Proven ability to lead distributed teams across time zones. Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Strong stakeholder management experience in agile environments. Preferred Qualifications 6+ years total product experience with 2+ years in US healthcare IT. Previous experience working with US-based healthcare organizations or digital health startups. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems, provider workflows, or healthcare data integration is a plus. Candidates who have returned to India after working in the US on H1B or similar visas, especially impacted by healthcare IT company RIFs (layoffs), are strongly encouraged to apply.
