Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Management: Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of employee salaries. Manage payroll-related queries and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Daily HR Management: Support daily HR operations to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Address employee concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Attendance and Time Management: Oversee attendance records and ensure accurate tracking of employee time-off. Manage time-off requests, late arrivals, and absences, ensuring they comply with company policies.
  • Event Management: Plan and organize company events, from team-building activities to annual celebrations. Collaborate with teams to create events that enhance company culture and employee engagement.
  • Performance Appraisals: Coordinate performance appraisal processes, ensuring timely completion and documentation. Work with department heads to track and manage employee performance effectively.
  • Document Drafting: Draft HR-related documents, policies, and communications as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR files.
  • Recruitment: Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and find qualified candidates.
