Job Title: HR Executive Manufacturing

Experience:

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive with a strong background in manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR functions, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support workforce engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
HR operations
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee lifecycle management.
Ensure compliance with
labor laws
, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Manage
attendance, leave records, and shift scheduling
for plant employees.
Coordinate
training and development programs
for skill enhancement.
Address employee grievances and maintain a positive work environment.
Support
performance management
and appraisal processes.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports for audits.
Collaborate with management for manpower planning and workforce optimization.

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of
HR operations
in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with
Factories Act, labor laws, and statutory compliance
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, plant-based environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
