Job Description

You will be responsible for managing various key HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to ensure the smooth operation of the HR department and promote a positive workplace culture. Your main duties will include overseeing recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding, updating HR databases, assisting with HR policy development, maintaining training records, coordinating training programs, supporting audits, managing employee grievances, and preparing HR reports for management review. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in HR or a similar position. You must have a solid grasp of HR best practices, proficiency in MS Office and HR software, strong communication and interpersonal skills, a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as well as excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred skills for this position include a proven track record in HR activities, being people-oriented and results-driven, familiarity with HR metrics and systems, outstanding active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, the ability to build and manage relationships effectively at all levels, a deep understanding of labor laws and HR practices, experience with employee engagement programs, knowledge of talent acquisition processes, the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, support compliance efforts during audits, and familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, which is considered advantageous.,
