Profile

We are looking for a fresh, data-driven mindset to join our team as an AI Analyst with a focus on AI-driven insights. This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with up to 2 to 3 years of experience who are passionate about solving real-world business challenges using AI tools and analytical techniques. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, enhancing productivity, reducing costs and improving overall operational efficiency through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze market trends and financial data to uncover growth opportunities.
Use AI-based tools to assess and improve operational performance.
Analyze cost-related data to identify areas for cost reduction and efficiency.
Assist in designing and optimizing sequencing and scheduling strategies.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights to internal stakeholders.
Support various departments with data-backed decision-making tools.
Stay updated with emerging AI tools and analytics trends relevant to the manufacturing sector.

Required Skills And Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python/R).
Exposure to AI concepts or tools such as machine learning models, predictive analytics, or automation (academic or project-based experience is acceptable).
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Team-oriented mindset with the willingness to learn and grow.
Familiarity with manufacturing or engineering operations will be preferred.
Basic understanding of ERP systems or business process flows.
