Position:

Engineer - Quality and Technical Support

Reporting to:

Functional Head

Requirement :

Preferred Capabilities(Profile)

  • Train IPs and installers on how to properly set up our system. Make sure they follow
the correct and safe steps during installation, and help them fix any mistakes to
improve the quality of their work.
  • Learn how to use the Installation App and teach it to dealers, IPs, and installers.
Report any issues or share suggestions to improve the app's performance.
  • Visit sites where other companies have installed their systems. Compare their
performance with ours and share useful observations with the team to help improve
our work.
  • Regularly meet with farmers to explain how to take care of their systems. Support
them with basic maintenance and small issues, and make sure they feel confident and
satisfied using our system.
  • Identify happy and loyal farmers who can become brand ambassadors. Encourage them to
share their positive experiences, and collect feedback from the field to help the team
improve our service and outreach.
  • Product Testing : Design and execute testing protocols to verify the performance and
reliability of Solar Pumping Systems.
  • Failure Analysis : Investigate and analyze product failures to identify root causes and
implement corrective actions.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to
enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate and complete records of quality control activities,
testing results, and corrective actions.
