Engineer - Quality and Technical Support - Projects

As an Engineer - Quality and Technical Support at Rotomag Motors & Controls Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for ensuring the proper setup and installation of our Solar Pumping Systems at various locations including Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Maharashtra. With 2 to 5 years of experience and a Graduate qualification, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and technical support standards of our manufacturing processes. Your key responsibilities will include training IPs and installers on the correct and safe installation procedures, troubleshooting any errors, and enhancing the overall quality of their work. You will also be required to familiarize yourself with the Installation App and educate dealers, IPs, and installers on its usage, while providing feedback for its improvement. Additionally, you will conduct site visits to evaluate the performance of systems installed by other companies, compare them with ours, and share insightful observations with the team for continuous improvement. Regular interactions with farmers to guide them on system maintenance, address minor issues, and ensure their satisfaction will be part of your routine tasks. Moreover, you will have the opportunity to identify satisfied customers who can serve as brand ambassadors, encouraging them to share positive feedback and collecting valuable insights for enhancing our services and outreach strategies. Your role will also involve designing and implementing testing protocols to verify the performance and reliability of our Solar Pumping Systems, conducting failure analysis to determine root causes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, efficiency, and productivity. As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities, testing results, and corrective actions taken.
