Senior Manager – OEM Sales and Planning

Role

 Lead and Mentor: Guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of professionals focused on planningand order fulfillment for OEM customers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic planning initiatives aligned with overall OEM sales targetsand business objectives. This includes demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimizationtailored to OEM requirements. Order Fulfillment Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process for OEM clients, ensuringtimely and accurate delivery of products. Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to maintain highcustomer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for strategic OEM customersregarding planning, order status, and fulfillment. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships tounderstand their evolving needs and ensure long-term partnerships. Sales & Operations Alignment: Work closely with the OEM Sales, Production, Supply Chain, and Logisticsteams to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales forecasts with operational capabilities. Process Optimization: Continuously analyze and improve planning and order fulfillment processes toenhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and optimize costs. Implement best practices and leverage technologyto streamline workflows. Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the planning and orderfulfillment team. Report on performance, identify trends, and implement corrective actions as needed. Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve complex customer issues related to order delays,discrepancies, or planning challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to OEM operations. Market Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and OEM customer demands to informplanning strategies and identify growth opportunities.
