Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Executive will assist in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, databases, and social media. Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads. Conduct initial HR interviews and background checks. Handle onboarding formalities and orientation for new hires. Employee Records & Database Management: Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital). Ensure accurate and timely input of HR data into HRIS. Payroll & Attendance: Coordinate with the finance/payroll team on attendance, leave records, and monthly payroll inputs. Maintain leave and attendance tracking systems. Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize team-building activities, internal communication initiatives, and staff welfare programs. Handle employee grievances and escalate complex issues to HR Manager. Compliance & Policy Administration: Ensure HR operations are compliant with labor laws and internal company policies. Support internal audits and documentation for statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.). Performance Management: Assist in the annual performance appraisal process. Monitor probation review and confirmation process. Training & Development: Coordinate training sessions and maintain records of employee skill development. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong understanding of HR functions and best practices Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., Zoho, Keka, etc.) High level of discretion, confidentiality, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
