Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact, and understanding client needs and goals. Account Planning and Strategy: Developing and implementing account plans to ensure client satisfaction and achievement of business objectives. New Business Development: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing accounts, potentially leading to increased revenue. Coordination and Collaboration: Working effectively with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely and successful delivery of services and solutions. Communication and Reporting: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, preparing and delivering regular account reviews and performance reports. Problem Solving: Resolving client issues and providing prompt support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
