The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a Manufacturing or FMCG environment, and a strong grasp of statutory compliance, GST, and TDS. Key Responsibilities: · Manage and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate and timely posting of financial transactions. · Handle vendor reconciliation and ensure timely processing of supplier invoices and payments. · Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly. · Process invoices in accordance with company policies and ensure accurate documentation. · Prepare and file GST returns, including reconciliation of GST input/output data. · Handle TDS deductions, payment, and return filings in line with statutory deadlines. · Assist in monthly and annual financial closures, including journal entries and provision entries. · Support audit processes by preparing required reports and documentation. · Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for all accounting functions. · Work with ERP systems (such as Tally, SAP, or Oracle) for transaction processing and reporting. Qualifications: · B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA-Inter. · Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; manufacturing or FMCG industry experience preferred. Skills & Knowledge: · Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations · Proficient in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software. · Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other Indian taxation systems · Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills · Ability to meet deadlines and work independently · Experience with audit support and financial compliance.
